HOW IT WORKS: A BRIEF OVERVIEW

• These letters will include a pre-approved check. Each check mailer that is sent out will include a link personalized URL (PURL) for the customers to visit and fill out an application. Also, an automated toll free number (IVR Hotline) will be provided for customers to call in order to make appointments and submit applications.
• If the customer submits an application online and doesn't call the toll free number included in the letter, then we will make sure to contact them to schedule an appointment to your dealership (we have all of their contact info already).
• Our lead tracking system will provide you with your own private login to track the leads, appointments being made and manage your leads as they become customers.
