Brad Dawson - Updated February 8, 2011 Experience Brad Dawson joins Black Book Data as a senior marketing consultant bringing years of data marketing and business development experience along with an impressive list of related industry disciplines. Starting at UCSD, Bradley built a strong background in computer science and finance/real estate. As a licensed agent, he rehabbed houses and then turned over to the investing & underwriting side of the business. Brad spent three years as a whole sale account executive for Residential Capital and two years as a retail mortgage consultant for National Premier Funding.  Brad also spent several years as an Equity Analyst for Solana Mar Corp. We think Bradley had excellent foresight as he exited the mortgage industry for a competitor of Black Book Data prior to the meltdown of 2008 and over the last 4 years he has built an impressive book of business and a knowledgebase that any marketing firm would be lucky to work with. Brad’s related industry experience is impressive and gives him a unique insight to our current challenging markets.  He tells us “spending years on both sides of the mortgage deal, I think I’ve seen just about everything that can possibly go wrong,” and this experience saves our clients money by avoiding very costly marketing mistakes. Hobbies and Interests When Brad is not hard at work, you will generally find in one of two places. He will either be at his kid’s baseball games or way out in the Pacific Ocean off San Diego fishing for Tuna. Bradley would also tell you that discussing marketing strategies is also a hobby and interest of his.
