Postal Verification – Address Element Correction, DSF2/DPF, LACSLink

Through our partnerships, we can improve your existing mailing list or update a mailing list you purchased in the past by completing an Address Element Correction, DSF (Delivery Sequence File & Second Generation), or LACSLink update. Essentially, LACSLink converts rural to city while the DSF optimizes the mailing list to minimize postage cost and Address Element correction helps to update your database to street name changes and city corporation changes that may have occurred.  Check out the USPS for more information on these hygienic list practices.

DNC (Do Not Call) Suppression, FTC, State and the DMA TPS and Pander File.

While telemarketing is an effective way to market your product, the DNC is an important partner in both pre-screening and ad hearing to FTC guidelines. The https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov website or the “National Do Not Call Registry” is the starting point for any telemarketing campaign. There are also State and DMA Pander databases available for suppression, but the most important and legally powerful organization is the FTC because they can impose heavy fines for telemarketing violations.  The registry allows you to obtain a Subscriber Access Number or “SAN” which you can then use to purchase data.  SAN codes can range from free for exempt organizations and up to 5 area codes, to several thousand dollars for a nationwide coverage.

Duplication/Suppression (Merge & Purge)
