Jessica Dietrich hails from small town roots, Byron Michigan. As co-founder and COO/CFO, Jessica credits working in her Grandmothers antique shop and her families ‘team’ farming roots as hallmarks of her personality. While studying at MSU, Jessica started at Core Com and grew with their company through various acquisitions in the customer care department, eventually rising to run the department and reported directly to the Executive VP at age 21.
After moving to North Carolina, Jessica worked for Preston Development and Professional Property Management before joining forces with Aaron and entering the direct marketing business with Black Book Data. Jessica is a detailed problem solver and brand strategist and she has created a virtual environment for direct marketing consultants to thrive. Her attention to detail, professional courtesy, business acumen, and branding knowledge make her invaluable to the Black Book Data team.
Hobbies & Interests
Jessica promotes a culture of trust and works to make sure every team member has a voice and opportunities to grow. Jessica never acts without thinking of everyone and this why the team loves her. She is a true leader and inspiration to everyone she works with. As a member of her local PEO chapter, Jessica enjoys giving back to the community and empowering women. She is also an avid volleyball player and excellent backgammon player. Her friends like to call her ‘Martha Stewart’ because she loves to entertain and cook as well.
